Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 Oct 2025

Applies to: https://c24vip.com/ and sub-domains (the “Site”).
Audience notice: Content is for adults 19+ in most Canadian provinces (18+ in AB, MB, QC). We are an informational/affiliate review website. We do not offer real-money gambling, accept bets, process deposits, or hold player funds.

Who we are & how to contact us

Controller/Organization: C24VIP Media (“we”, “us”).
Privacy Officer (Canada / Québec Law 25): Name,TitleName, TitleName,Title
Email: privacy@c24vip.com
Postal: C24VIP Privacy Office, FullmailingaddressFull mailing addressFullmailingaddress, Canada

We are accountable for personal information under our control and implement policies consistent with Canada’s privacy framework (PIPEDA’s Fair Information Principles).

Scope

This Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, whether it’s transferred outside your province or Canada, your rights, and how to exercise them. It covers:

  • Browsing the Site, including cookies/SDKs.
  • Contacting us (email or forms).
  • Clicking affiliate/outbound links to third-party casino brands (they have their own privacy terms—please review those before sharing data).

What we collect (and how)

We minimize collection and keep it proportionate to the purposes below.

CategoryExamplesSource / Technology
Identifiers & device dataCookie/SDK IDs, pseudonymous analytics client ID, approximate location (city/region from events)First-party/hosted analytics, tag manager
Technical logsIP at edge, timestamps, URLs visited, referrer, HTTP headers, error/status codesWeb server, CDN/security layer
Affiliate attributionClick IDs (SubID, campaign tags), timestamp, landing pageAffiliate links/partners (URL params/redirect)
Contact data (optional)Email, name, message content you sendContact form or direct email
Consent recordCookie banner choices, consent string, timestampConsent Management Platform (CMP)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., government IDs, banking) on this Site.

Retention (baseline)

  • Event-level analytics: up to 14 months (aggregates may persist longer).
  • Security/server logs: ~90 days, unless needed for investigations.
  • Contact emails/support threads: up to 3 years for operations and legal record-keeping.

Legal bases & purposes (Canada)

Under PIPEDA, we identify purposes, seek meaningful consent, limit collection, and limit use/disclosure/retention. We rely on:

  • Consent: for non-essential cookies/analytics and any marketing tags (set only after opt-in; you can withdraw anytime in Cookie Settings).
  • Legitimate operational needs / appropriate purposes: security, fraud/abuse prevention, availability, diagnostics, and producing aggregate audience insights.
  • At your request: to respond when you contact us.

We use data to (i) measure traffic and improve UX/content, (ii) attribute affiliate clicks for commission accounting (without directly identifying you to us), (iii) answer inquiries, (iv) protect the Site (security/logging). PIPEDA’s Fair Information Principles inform these practices.

Québec residents — Law 25

If you reside in Québec, we name a Privacy Officer, maintain governance policies, provide notices about cross-border transfers, perform privacy impact assessments where required, and honor expanded rights (including portability where in force).

Cookies & similar technologies

You’ll see a cookie banner on first visit. Non-essential tags (analytics/marketing) load only after Accept. You can revisit choices anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer or your browser controls.

Categories used

  • Strictly necessary: security, load-balancing, consent state.
  • Analytics/measurement: event metrics to understand what content is used.
  • Affiliate tracking: click identifiers so partners can credit us correctly.

Email/SMS (CASL)

If we ever offer newsletters or alerts, we send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) only with valid consent, include our identification and unsubscribe in each message, and keep records of consent.

Disclosures, processors & cross-border transfers

We share personal information with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting/CDN, analytics, security, tag management, affiliate platforms, email service). Some may be outside your province or outside Canada (e.g., the United States).

Under PIPEDA, transfers for processing are treated as a use (not a disclosure). We remain accountable, use contractual/organizational safeguards, and provide notice that foreign laws may allow access by courts or authorities.

Children & underage users

This Site targets adults (see “Audience notice”). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In Canada, regulators treat consent from children under 13 as generally not meaningful; in Québec, a child under 14 cannot consent except in limited circumstances. If you believe a minor provided data here, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard protections (HTTPS/TLS, hardened hosting, least-privilege access, logging/monitoring). No Internet service is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve controls and limit access to a need-to-know basis.

Breach notification (Québec): If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury to you, we will notify the CAI and affected individuals as required.

Your privacy rights

Under PIPEDA (most of Canada)

You can request:

  • Access to personal information we hold about you and information about how it’s used/disclosed.
  • Correction of inaccuracies.
  • Withdrawal of consent (for non-essential processing) going forward.
  • Challenge compliance with our privacy practices.

We will respond within applicable timelines (target 30 days). If unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) or, if applicable, to your provincial commissioner (e.g., AB/BC).

Québec (Law 25)

In addition to the above, Québec residents have enhanced transparency rights, the right to be informed of cross-border transfers, and a right to data portability (as prescribed).

How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@c24vip.com with subject “Privacy Request” and include:

  • Your full name and a way to identify records (e.g., the email you used; if available, a cookie/analytics ID from Cookie Settings).
  • The right you wish to exercise and your province of residence.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity.

Retention & deletion

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the identified purposes, then delete or irreversibly aggregate it. We document new purposes before any re-use and will seek fresh consent where required.

Third-party sites & offers

When you click an offer or outbound link, you leave our Site and land on a third-party website that maintains its own privacy policy and terms. Review those documents before providing any personal information.

International visitors

While our audience is Canada, visitors from other regions (e.g., EU/UK) may have additional rights under their local laws. If you contact us, we will assess and honor applicable requests where required.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in technology, practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will appear here and, where required, be presented via an on-site notice before taking effect. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
